To apply to be a filmmaker simply email us at

with:

• Your full name

• A title for your short

• Something you’re leaving in 2024.

the deadline to apply is the 15th of January.

You will be notified on the 18th of Janurary wether you are selected or not.

If selected, you will be given the theme, the rules and 10 days to make a short movie on that theme.

The deadline then to submit your film is the 28th of January.

The event takes place the 30th of January, your film will be screened and the awards ceremony will take place.

(If you are a selected filmmaker you do not need to buy a ticket for the event to attend, you’re on guestlist of course and we will be nice to you.)

We encourage people from any background and any experience in film to apply, however, we ask that you play by the rules, there is no point in applying with a film you’ve already shot, the point of this is to challenge yourself and to have fun doing it.
